I had an amazing time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect - situated in a nice neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities like an ironing board, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace and garden area where I could relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the restaurant served authentic European cuisine. my experience here was top-notch.

It has a very nice decoration/architecture. The staff is very friendly. Normal breakfast. The room is comfortable. It's a very familiar place. The restaurant is uff very very rich and super considerate prices. I think this was the best thing about the hotel, the German meals were spectacular.

There was a caged bird behind our room and it was making a lot of noise during the day. pool is small and does not have limited schedules for the kids, makes it impossible for them to sit or go into the pool for 5 minutes at a time. They would have to leave a small time slot without children. I think the hotel is good, for its price it has to improve some points:. we arrived they didn't give us information about breakfast, restaurant and swimming pool schedules (I checked). They didn't offer extra spa services either, if I had known I would have bought them for sure. Breakfast should be stretched out for half an hour, everyone gets up just before closing time at 10 and staff shows their bad mood by arriving just in time. I understand the bad feeling but this has to be used to consider the schedule. I spent four nights and every day the same thing happened. bird thing is unacceptable, we were out of the hotel all day, if we wanted to take a nap it was impossible because of the noise. -Breakfast could be better for the price of the night (88 usd double basic) and around 10 o'clock there are few things left that do not replenish. My final evaluation is that although it is a very nice hotel. its price is a little above what they offer but they have possibilities to improve it and meet the expectations,

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its European standards, friendly staff, and safe environment for children to play. The authentic European cuisine at the Piroschka Restaurant was off the charts, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. We will definitely be returning in the future.

My New Year's experience at this hotel was great! the building was fascinating and unique with a European feel. the rooms were immaculate and had everything I needed, including European-standard outlets. the breakfast was incredible and the restaurant had delicious food. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport and nestled in a lovely neighborhood. Best of all was the value for the price, which made it a perfect place to relax after a long trip and recharge for the next.

My room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke that was quite unpleasant. When I asked to switch rooms, the staff was not accommodating and did not understand my request.
